@@mattstettler6131 the engine was supposed to be from a 2016. The washer was just one I had laying in the spare hardware drawer, I’m sorry I can’t give you any more info on that. Take that actuator into a lowes or something and start hunting for the correct sized one would be my next move.

Replacing the hub fixed it. The magnetic ring on the back broke. It was an easy process too. I have posted a video for it.

@RageFueled C0035 title is Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Supply but the description says a bunch about the Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor. Any way to know for sure which one it is? I'd rather just do one hub if I have to.

@@somerscents that’s tough to say. I did a LOT of googling. My reader said left front for the title and that’s what I replaced.

Not long if you know what you’re doing. It takes longer to remove all the crap around the trans than actually removing the trans.

I looked all over and watched a dozen videos and they all showed those bolts torqued that high. Internet can be great but man it screwed me on that.

Thank you for the comment but I have to say in all my years of messing with banjo bolts, including oil feed lines to vacuum pumps, I’ve never had one leak when retightening. I understand what you’re saying, but have never seen that problem. Much less getting an air bubble in a brake line causing a problem. And I’ve had to ride other people’s bikes that had semi frozen water in the line. Now that was iffy. I understand what you’re saying and in practice you aren’t wrong, however the risk is so small in this case that I’d be more worried that the swingarm would snap that having a brake problem.

Honestly it’s hard to say because I also changed the battery. If it wasn’t my wife’s car I would have test drove it to see but she needed it on the road asap. I would suggest changing the battery first.

You didn't say what size the wrench you used to take off the sensor but overall good video

They truly are a great little car. Every day as annoyed as I get by some of the things I have done to it, I adore it. Such a wonderful car.

I have not had a single negative effect from this.

The header is still good as new. Not a leak. Not a rust. Nothing. It’s been great the whole time.

I’m so sorry. I thought I went over that. I deleted the tip sensor.

I was using the cbr300r harness. The donor bike was supposed to be a cbr300r. It was stripped of all plastics, lights, and cluster so I’m not too sure.

I went with 16/32 gears. 428 chain. It took 111-112 links I think. Stock swingarm. At 60mph the speedo shows 50. I still haven’t got a corrector thing but will eventually.

I have another video for a sub box. There’s a wire I tapped for my amp shown in that. Is that what you’re looking for?

Look in the trunk. There should be a sticker somewhere that says either J60 or J61. The J61 has larger brakes; the turbo model. The front rotor size is 321mm I believe. The rear rotors should be vented. The non turbo cars’ rear rotors are NOT vented. Best case is to take them off and to a parts house. Have them match them. It took me three attempts for those guys to find the correct rotors.

Depends on your mods. Cam, intake, exhaust, fuel tuner, then yes. Stock grom? No

@@antoniocastano97probably not much you can do. Not even an intake or exhaust? You could probably sneak in a TB cam. Then put the injector in. An EJK tuner would help them work together.

@@RageFueled Mmmm... Yes, the exhaust can put in the bike... I will buy the akrapovic, but only this...I have a friend with 150cylinder in the grom, but its 100% ilegal. Only the exhaust its fine to compatibility the 150 inyector?

@@antoniocastano97 the injector swap won’t hurt it. It just is not needed without a cam or intake. You will need a fuel tuner. EJK is cheapest option and worked great for me. They will fuel up to a 170cc barely.

I’d check the 250/300 swap Facebook page. There’s a sticky for parts list. All my stuff is from wicked grom except Ecu. I got that from hard racing. You’ll need a cheapo shift lever. I have a couple more videos to post to finish this series. Bike is complete and runs like a scalded dog.

I haven’t gotten it on there yet. Been running without but I think my full cowl will clear the header pipe.
